Immediate identification of issues: Our system notifies expeditors immediately when a manufacturing issue arises so that corrective action can quickly be taken.
OTLiveTicker LED Messaging System: Continuously updated Times-Square style LED tickers in the manufacturing, shipping and inspection areas provide all personnel order and expedite information in real time.
Expediting: Accurate scheduling allows for insertion of hot orders without affecting regular production and live streaming message boards keep all employees informed.
Archives: The system archives all data for instant retrieval.

Customer Service: The touch-screen operated system integrates traditional ERP capabilities with advanced supply chain monitoring, providing a constantly updated view of our operations. At any instant, the system knows exactly where every order is, what operations have been completed along with an accurate estimated time to order completion. Customer Service representatives can view any workstation or work cell, know which orders are currently running, which were just completed and which are coming next. They can select any operator and instantly know what orders they are working on as well as what they are planning to do next. Our software even monitors the performance of outside vendors, taking into account changes in vendor performance and automatically adjusting our schedule accordingly. With this constant stream of real-time manufacturing data we have unprecedented capabilities to expedite orders quickly without affecting normal production activities.
Management: The immense amount of valuable data is instantly compiled into easy to use reports so that areas of improvement can be easily identified and changes implemented as part of our ongoing continuous improvement program.
Quality Assurance: Once an order is completed, the manufacturing and inspection data is aggregated and stored for future reference.
